In the past, in Abiko City, many cultural figures built villas and mansions in search of the view of Lake Teganuma from the plateau. Located about an hour from Tokyo, the area attracted attention as a place where people could concentrate on their creative endeavors while enjoying the scenery of Lake Teganuma daily while overlooking the city center from a comfortable distance. This led to forming a cultural colony known as the "Abiko Shirakaba group" cultural space. In this project, I propose a space that inherits the "Abiko Shirakaba group" spirit and fosters a new cultural colony where people with diverse values ​​unique to the modern era can actively engage in activities to grasp their individuality. Following the example of the Shirakaba group, I propose a community college-like program in which citizens can take the initiative and use the entire space as a place for discussion, gathering, and creation.
