課題：
千葉⼤学柏の葉キャンパスにおけるリーディングプラン指定エリア「グリーンフィール ド」における対象範囲内に、柏の葉キャンパスの中⼼性を感じさせる⼤学のアイデンティ ティとなる景観の形成と、地域の⼈も利⽤する空間としての機能の両⽴を図る「交流・滞留の きっかけとなる場」を作ること、を求めました。
あくまでも実証実験的な取り組みなので、純粋な公共空間としての施設整備のクオリティを求めるのではなく、「このような利用があると、多くの主体にとってより良いのではないか」という議論のきっかけとなるような作品を、期間限定で設置することを前提とした作品制作と位置付けています。
