This proposal focuses on the ruins and surrounding river green space in Mitaka City, Tokyo, and makes use of their geographical characteristics to connect past memories through the experience of movement, proposing a landscape that changes with the changing seasons. It reinterprets the castle ruins from a sequential perspective and applies spatial typologies extracted from an analysis of Yoshio Taniguchi's work. It aims to reconstruct the park as a place for disaster prevention and circulation, with disaster prevention routes and bases, and a changing system that promotes water circulation.
