In recent years, volunteer activities called "Kaibori" have become widespread throughout Japan at parks　and ponds in various regions. This has been shown to restore water storage capacity, utilize sludge as fertilizer, purify water quality, and eliminate invasive alien species. In this proposal, we consider "Kaibori" as a new role of reservoirs and aim to form a dynamic pond landscape created by appropriate management as an entertainment. This is a proposal and program for pond landscapes that will take advantage of the activities that each of the local activity organizations are conducting for Lake Hakkaku, and their activities will make the landscape of Lake Hakkaku and Iwakawa Pond even more attractive and change the landscape of each pond in an attractive way.
