Rather than revitalizing tourist destinations through traditional large-scale construction, this design aims to create a new landscape using waste materials ranging from the demolition of existing regional abandoned buildings to bulky trash. Efforts are made to creatively incorporate coastal plants into the densely populated bamboo grass areas of the western plateau to enhance plant diversity. At the same time, the distinctive spatial usage of fishing villages is utilized to stage a "community" shape and the scenic elements of rocky coastlines through various methods. The ramp traversing the high ground serves as the centerpiece of the design, creating a sculptural landscape. Over time, it blends into the earth, blurring the boundaries between man-made objects and nature, and expressing the flow of time.
