日々の小さな楽しみは全てが「しあわせの種」であり、生きがいになる。
この場所にある様々な「しあわせの種」を自分自身で見つけ、自然と出会い、人々と関わり合い、 助け合い、つながりが生まれ、自身を充実させる。
福祉施設を「生活する場」と再定義した上で、従来の悲観的なイメージを変え、閉ざした空間になりがちであった福祉施設の屋外空間を公共化することで、地域全体を巻き込み、福祉施設のあり方について考えるきっかけとなる空間を提案する。

After redefining welfare facilities as ""life place"", I propose a place that involve a whole community and urge to think about welfare facilities, by making outdoor space of welfare facilities that tended to be closed place public, and improve usual pessimistic image. "
